Looking ahead to 2021, we are hoping to eventually begin showing the films in theatre settings where we can engage audiences in discussion after the showing. In addition, we are working on a new documentary project that promises to provide rare and never-before-seen aspects of our juvenile justice system. Along with documentaries, JDP also creates shorter videos for public and private groups (check out the DMI video in the Video Projects section of the website). My decades of work as a journalist have also given me great background for media coaching and I have conducted sessions with members of the Wisconsin State Assembly, among others. I hope you will explore our site some more to see what I’ve been talking about and I look forward to hearing, and perhaps working with, you and your organization.
